To ensure an ideal visit with us, please review the following guidelines prior to your visit.

Reservations

While making a reservation, we ask that you provide a valid credit card to hold the reservation. The credit card will not be charged at this time. Reserving with this credit card does not limit you to only this method of payment, and you are more than welcome to provide different payment at the time of your visit. Your credit card on file with us will only be charged in the event of failure to abide by our 24 hour cancellation policy.

The time we have reserved for you is set aside especially for you, please be prompt so that you can enjoy you entire experience!

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you provide 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or revisions. Failure to notify our team of any reservation changes will result in an automatic surcharge of 100% of the reserved treatment price to the credit card provided. We request that parties of three or more provide us with 48 hours’ notice.

In addition, there will be no refunds granted on any spa packages, promotions or VIP Club payments, aside from special circumstances.

Before Your Visit

It is recommended that all new guests arrive 15 minutes early to fill out health questionnaires. Once the questionnaires are complete, your technician will consult with you in regards to your problem areas and goals, as well as recommend the perfect regimen for you. All guests preparing for a Thermasculpt, Lipo Laser or Body Wrap experience are required to drink 1 ounce of water per pound according to your body weight prior to, as well as following, your visit. In addition, we also recommend eating a high-protein meal to ensure that you are fully nourished and hydrated.

All guests visiting for a body wrap should come in wearing comfortable clothing as well as with an extra set of bra and panties to change into after their wrap. Men visiting for a body wrap are required to bring a pair of swim trunks with them on the day of their visit, as they will be wrapped in them.

Under 18 Policy

Any Guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian and complete a form of parental consent prior to the reservation.

Spa Amenities

During your visit you will have access to the steam showers, locker rooms, infrared saunas and relaxation rooms. These luxuries are complimentary to our VIP Club members.

Spa Attire

A robe and slippers will be provided to all guests for the duration of their experience.

Smoking

Smoking is not prohibited within the facility by any means.

Cell phones

We ask that all cell phones please be silenced upon arrival to ensure that you, and all other spa guests can fully indulge in their relaxing experience.
